Please feel free to download our resources, to watch our videos, to listen to our podcasts from radio interviews and to view images from our presentations and events. We want to highlight that by changing conversations you can change lives. You don’t need to be an expert to talk about mental health. Anyone can experience a mental health problem, so being able to talk to someone about it is important. Sometimes, just doing the little things, like asking someone how they are doing, calling into a neighbour for a cuppa and a chat, ringing a workmate or taking the dog for a stroll with your friends, is all it takes to let someone know you're still thinking about them and this could make a big difference to how they're feeling.
